Participate in a conference as QA&TEST is incredibly useful for all the testing and QA team. Attending allows us to be up to date with all the innovation and findings in the field in terms of techniques, tools and methodologies, thus maintaining a continuous update that allows us to carry out our work effectively.
Training and involving the team also generates a feeling of belonging, reinforcing the concept of common objectives and of "team" itself.
The QA&TEST programme is organised in tracks in parallel, which means that, if different profiles of the same organization (technical and management) attend, the use of all the contents of the conference will be greater, complementing the skills and talents of the complete team.
