Testing safety-critical systems is of paramount importance due to the potential risks associated with their failure. These systems are designed to perform critical functions that directly impact human safety, public health, or the environment.
Examples of safety-critical systems include nuclear power plants, air traffic control systems, medical devices, autonomous vehicles, and aviation systems.
Safety Critical Systems always have a special place at QA&TEST. As a prime example, in our 2023 programme, we will talk about Autonomous Vehicles Demonstrating the complexities involved in testing autonomous vehicle software, our speaker, Daniel Nilsson—an esteemed expert in the field—will enlighten us about the challenges associated with testing software for these vehicles and provide valuable suggestions on how to tackle them.
