This dynamic environment creates uncertainty in our careers. Not all of these challenges are technical; they can also involve company culture, new development approaches, difficult stakeholders, office politics, and building new relationships, among others.

In this keynote, Mike and Sarah will introduce the 4 W's (When, What, Why, Who) of mentoring to the QA&Test audience, explaining how to find and utilize a mentor to supercharge their careers.
